Shipping & Processing
We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed after noon ACST will be shipped the following business day.
Orders Within Australia
All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post's Express Post service.
We anticipate that the time estimate to receive your online order is 1-4 Business Days.
Please note that although all orders are sent via Express Post, your location may not fall within Australia Post's Express Post network which may result in delivery delays.
Orders Outside Australia
All orders outside Australia are sent via DHL. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination country.
Full Parcel Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can track your parcel's progress.
Custom / Import Duty Fees (International Orders)
Custom or import duty fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary from country to country. We recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees. If you should refuse the parcel, Cheeky Cover will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel.
Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left Australia, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given time frame we are not liable for any delays that are out of our control.
